About my 10+ years…

Zensai

2023 – 2024

As Lead for Global Growth Marketing, I’ve managed Google ad campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube), Meta ad campaigns, Bing ad campaigns, LinkedIn full-funnel setups, eBook strategy, Reddit upper-funnel awareness campaigns, account-based marketing campaigns, email journeys for new and existing customers, website pop-up strategy, online webinar promotion, and more.

Expectations for this role included a year-over-year increase in a number of KPI’s, such as the # of sales-qualified leads, # of marketing-qualified leads, cost-per-lead, conversion rates, website performance, cost-of-acquisition, and others.

My team was comprised internally of a supporting data analyst, as well as an external team of seven marketing agency resources.

Zensai is a scale-up SaaS company based in Aarhus, Denmark. Products include learning management software (LMS), performance management software, & AI learning and course creation tools.

Cisco

2020 – 2022

As a Digital Marketing Manager, I designed post-sale digital marketing & customer experience in EMEA. Goals included NPS scoring and upsell/renewal rates. Responsibilities included creating and optimizing post-sale email journeys, supporting our team of customer success managers, and developing creative ways of supporting customers (via webinars and other digital content).

I was able to get very close to customers in this role, conducting voice-of-the-customer interviews, gathering insights that could enhance future marketing efforts. This was a data-heavy role; I was constantly reviewing product telemetry to identify gaps in our customer’s product journey. High adoption translated to high recurring revenue, which was my primary KPI.

Cisco is the industry leader within the internet space. They provide solutions for networking, data center, security, and more.

Connection

2014–2019

I began my career with Connection as an Account Manager, moving to a Channel Marketing Specialist role in 2017. In my opinion, every marketer should have sales experience - the pressures of achieving a quota, working directly with customers, and being downstream of marketing has remained of crucial experience for me. I brought this experience into my marketing role at Connection, supporting Cisco’s lead and revenue generation for a sales force of 500+.

Connection is a Fortune 1000 company & top-tier technology VAR in the US. They resell, install, and support thousands of technology and software products.
